What to do if your card is lost or stolen

As soon as you're aware that your Golden 1 Credit Card, Debit Card, or ATM Card has been lost or stolen, call 1-877-465-3361 at your earliest opportunity. This toll-free number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to report lost or stolen cards and for us to assist you in ordering a new card.

You should receive your new card within 5 business days.

Credit Cards Only

If you are on vacation or out of the country, Visa® offers an emergency credit card replacement service (Platinum Rewards Visa credit cards). For a Visa emergency card replacement,
call 1-800-VISA-911 (1-800-847-2911), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Unauthorized Charges

If you find unauthorized charges have been made with your card, immediately contact our Member Service Contact Center by calling 1-877-GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465-3361) and we will advise you on how to file a claim.


Home Loans Department

Apply for a home loan, check current mortgage rates, make inquiries on your home loan in process or make an appointment with a Loan Advisor.

If you are experiencing a financial hardship that prohibits you from meeting your loan obligation with Golden 1, we may be able to help. Please contact Loss Mitigation by calling 1-844-670-9545.

Telephone TellerSM

The 24-hour Telephone Teller audio-response service provides you with account information and assists you with a variety of financial transactions. To use Telephone Teller, all you need is a personal identification number (PIN), which you may obtain from any Golden 1 branch or the Member Service Contact Center.
