SACRAMENTO, Calif., February 7, 2012—The Golden 1 Credit Union announced that Tamara Ferrin has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ferrin previously held the position of Vice President and Controller for the $7.5 billion credit union.
"Tamara has been an important member of our leadership team since she joined Golden 1 in 2004," said Donna A. Bland, President and CEO of Golden 1. "She excelled in her position as the Vice President-Controller, and we look forward to her contributions as our new SVP-CFO."
Ferrin has more than 15 years of financial management experience at several credit unions. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and management from Woodbury University in Burbank.
