SACRAMENTO, Calif., May 2, 2012—The Golden 1 Credit Union announced that Ric Dannelley has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Retail Officer. Dannelley joined Golden 1 as Senior Vice President of Operations and previously held the position of Corporate Planning and Research Manager for the credit union. In his new role, Dannelley will oversee 83 Golden 1 branches, the credit union’s Member Service Call Center, Retail Administration, and Golden 1's Financial Services division.
"Ric has been an important member of our leadership team since he joined Golden 1 in 2004," said Donna A. Bland, President and CEO of Golden 1. "He possesses the extraordinary leadership qualities that are expected of our senior management team, and we look forward to his contributions."
Dannelley has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years and has held many executive positions throughout his career. He holds degrees from Arizona State University and the University of Washington"s Pacific Coast Graduate Banking School.
