SACRAMENTO, Calif., May 2, 2012—The Golden 1 Credit Union announced that Elizabeth Freeman has been named Vice President and Investment Officer/Treasurer. Freeman is returning to Golden 1, having left the credit union in 2006 to manage her family business.

Freeman has 20 years of experience in the financial services and investment industries, and has worked as a financial consultant, investment analyst, an investment officer, and chief financial officer. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from San Diego State University.
