SACRAMENTO, Calif., May 10, 2012—The Golden 1 Credit Union announced that Loretta Masters has been named Vice President of its Member Service Call Center.

Masters has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, and has held executive positions at major national banks, including Vice President of Customer Service and Customer Experience Strategic Initiatives Manager. Masters holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University.
