Audio-enabled ATMs are available at all Golden 1 ATM locations and allow visually impaired members to conduct ATM transactions privately, through a headset. Click here for a directory of audio-enabled ATMs or contact our Member Service Contact Center at 1-877-GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465-3361).
Golden 1’s Member Service Contact Center is equipped with Telecommunications Devices for our hearing impaired members. The TDD line can be reached during regular Member Service Contact Center hours at (916) 363-7407.
