The Golden 1, California's leading credit union, is seeking Bilingual (Spanish/English) Member Service Representatives for part-time and full-time positions at our branch locations. All positions are at least 20 hours per week and require the ability to work branch hours.
At least one year of customer service and cash-handling experience is required. This can include retail or restaurant experience. Applicant must be friendly, courteous, patient and outgoing and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment. All applicants must be over the age of 18 and have a high school diploma or GED.
Applicants must speak fluent English and Spanish. Employees must be certified through our training program.
The following bilingual incentive pay is available:
Full-time—Branch, Contact Center, Collections, Equity positions
Part-time—Branch, Contact Center, Collections, Equity positions, 30-39 hour
Part-time—Branch, Contact Center, Collections, Equity positions, 0-29 hours
Full-time—all other positions
Part-time—all other positions, 30-39 hours
Part-time—all other positions, less than 29 hours
