Golden 1, California’s leading credit union, is seeking motivated, energetic candidates to join our Contact Center team, where exceptional member service is our primary goal. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for cross-selling services and sharing product knowledge while building strong, long-term relationships with Golden 1 members in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner. He or she will also respond to member inquires accurately by telephone in both English and Spanish and identify referral opportunities to enhance member relationships.
Salary is DOE.

This position includes a bilingual incentive of up to $200 per month.
