Our Card Controls app provides easy and secure access to your Golden 1 Debit and Credit cards anywhere, anytime. Suspend your card if you’ve misplaced it and reactivate it when it turns up, get fraud and other alerts, set up travel notifications, activate your card, report a lost/stolen card, and more.

On-Off Controls
Instantly lock your card if you've misplaced it. Easily unlock it when it’s found.
Transaction Controls
Block or limit certain transactions such as online shopping or purchases over a specified dollar amount.
Biometric Access
Sign in with Touch ID®, Face ID for iPhone, and Android™ Fingerprint Authentication.
Alerts
Safeguard against fraud by receiving push notifications so you always know when your card is used.
Click to Call
Activate your card, set or change your PIN, and report if your card is lost or stolen (we’ll even auto-lock your card).
Travel Notifications
For your security and convenience, let us know when you go out of town.
If you haven't checked out the Golden 1 Card Controls app yet, it's easy to get started!
- Tap “Manage your Cards” in the “More” menu of your Mobile Banking app. (If you don’t see “Manage your Cards” in the “More” menu, install the latest update of your Mobile Banking app.)
- Download the Golden 1 Card Controls app from your app store.
- Register your card.
Once it's set up, you can access the Card Controls app from the Mobile Banking app.
