Non-Californians may join if they are a family member or registered domestic partner of a current Golden 1 member, or a member of one of nearly 1,000 Select Employee Groups.

Before you start your application, please have the following information available:

1. Social Security Number
2. Date of Birth
3. State issued identification (Government issued ID / Driver's License / State ID with current address)

The same documentation is needed for joint applications.
