You should receive a Golden 1 welcome package in the mail with important information about your loan, including the first payment date.

Yes, you can refinance your vehicle loan from another lender. Just apply online or in a branch and let us know that it's a refinance during the application process.

You can make payments easily on the Golden 1 Mobile app or Online Banking, even if you choose to pay from an account at a different bank or credit union. Visit our payment page for more information.

Never. You should be congratulated for paying off your loan, not penalized.

Golden 1's Skip-a-Payment program allows you to skip up to two payments over the life of your auto loan. You can only skip one payment in an 18-month cycle.

Requirements to qualify for Skip-a-Payment:

• Your loan must not be delinquent.
• The request must be made more than 10 days before your next due date.

To make the request, please complete our Skip-A-Payment form and bring it to any Golden 1 branch.

Your final interest rate may change if you make any of these changes to your loan after finding your vehicle:

• adjust the amount borrowed or term
• add warranty products
• change the amount of your down payment
