PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME AND EASILY.

The first step is to enroll in our Bill Pay service. This can be done through Online or Mobile Banking. Next, set up your payees. When you are ready to set up payments, sign on to Mobile Banking, select "Bill Pay" then select "Make Payments." Choose the payee, then enter the payment amount and the date you'd like the payment to be made. Finally, confirm the payment information. 

When you add a new company that offers eBills, you can enter the required information to request an eBill and we will send your request to that company. To add an eBill for a company you’re already paying, look for the eBills link at the top of the Bill Pay page. 

Within joint accounts, all Bill Pay and Transfer authority is assigned to the account owner. Joint account holders can view full details for shared Bill Pay payees and bills, including payee names and pending payments. If a joint account holder wants to manage Bill Pay and Transfers for the account, they can set up their own preferences, payees, and schedules. To prevent duplicate payments, make sure both users coordinate their Bill Pay activity.

An eBill is an electronic version of a bill or statement and typically contains the same information. You can receive, view, and pay an eBill within Online Banking through Bill Pay. When your eBill arrives, it appears on the Pay Bills page where you can control the date and amount of your payment.

If you have received an error while attempting to enroll a Golden 1 credit card account, you may have entered either your account number or the last name of the primary account holder incorrectly. If there is more than one member on the account, enter the last name of the primary accountholder.

EZ Activation is a free service that lets you try eBills (electronic bills) for a designated period of time, typically 90 days. During the trial period, you’ll continue to receive a paper statement in addition to the eBill. If you like the service, you can complete the eBill registration on the eBills page. If you want to continue receiving paper bills, no action is needed and at the end of the trial the electronic bill will turn off and your paper statement will continue uninterrupted.

EZ Activation will automatically cancel at the end of the trial period and your paper statement will continue uninterrupted. You may also select “Stop E-bill Introduction” within the EZ Activation pop-up window on the eBills page, at any time during the trial period.
