New location is credit union’s ninth home loan center to open in California
Golden 1 Credit Union (Golden 1) today celebrated the grand opening of its newest Home Loan Center in Walnut Creek. The unveiling of the center included a ribbon cutting ceremony and community celebration featuring Golden 1 President and CEO Donna Bland, President and CEO of the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Bureau Bob Linscheid, City of Walnut Creek Mayor Pro Tem Loella Haskew, City of Walnut Creek Councilmember Kevin Wilk, District Representative Alejandra Sanchez on behalf of Office of Contra County Supervisor Ken Carlson, and District Director Michelle Henry on behalf of Office of California State Assemblymember Rebecca Bauer-Kahan.

The new Walnut Creek location is Golden 1’s ninth Home Loan Center to open statewide. This also marks Golden 1’s first Home Loan Center in Contra Costa County, which now serves as a one-stop shop for home lending. Home loan advisors are available to help members with their entire mortgage, refinance, or home-equity loan process in a comfortable atmosphere dedicated to personalized lending.
