Digital Banking Pilot Questions
Primary account holders will keep their username, but joint-account holders will need to establish their own credentials. In the new platform, every user will log in with a unique username and password, and joint account holders will have more control of tools and features, like transfers and bill pay.
Before you start your application, please have the following information available:
Social Security Number
Date of Birth
State issued identification (Government issued ID / Driver's License / State ID with current address)
The same documentation is needed for joint applications.
If you forgot your password and you have not yet transitioned into the new Online and Mobile Banking platform, please call our Member Service Contact Center at 1-877-465-3361. If you are in a Pilot Test Group and have already transitioned to the new platform, email G1Pilot@golden1.com.
In the new platform, account holders will be able to view all of their accounts in just one place (excluding business accounts.) Members with multiple primary accounts will choose which username they would like to keep.
To log in to our new website and app, you'll need your current password. Here's how to find it in your browser:
Chrome
Open Chrome.
Go to chrome://settings/passwords.
Use the search bar to find our website.
Click the eye icon to view your saved password (you may need to enter your computer password).
Safari (Mac)
Open Safari.
Go to Safari > Settings > Passwords (you may need to use Touch ID or your password).
Search for our website to view your saved password.
Firefox
Open Firefox.
Click the menu (☰) > Passwords.
Search for our website and click the eye icon to view your password.
Microsoft Edge
Open Edge.
Go to Settings > Profiles > Passwords.
Search for our website and click the eye icon to reveal your password.
Many new and existing features and tools will be available right away for Pilot participants. Others are being quality tested and will be added soon. Features that might not be immediately available during the Pilot include:

Your participation in the Pilot provides Golden 1 with valuable insights into the functionality of the new platforms and the member experience, which will allow us to refine the platform before rolling it out to our more than 1 million members.
In the upgraded platform, joint account holders will gain more access to tools and features like transfers and bill pay, making it convenient and simple to bank together. Keep in mind, the account owner is the primary person responsible for the account, while joint account holders share equal access and management abilities. Visit the All My Accounts page to confirm your joint account holders. If you would like to have someone removed from your account, you can give us a call at 844-670-9542 or 916-394-8518.
Paying your bills will be easier than ever. Now, account owners who pay bills from multiple accounts will see all their payees in one place. Plus, joint account holders will enjoy greater management and oversite of shared funds.
During the transition, Bill Pay settings and ownership will default to the primary account holder. If a joint account holder also manages Bill Pay, they will need to set up their preferences again. Please note: if both account holders set up Bill Pay separately, there is a risk of duplicate payments being sent. To avoid this, coordinate Bill Pay activity between both users.
