Exceptional Training
Our Learning and Development Department connects you with tailored development opportunities. Operational and leadership training courses help you learn more about your role. As you advance, additional courses can enhance your career. We use a collaborative approach to deliver learning that is relevant to you. Additionally, we offer paid certifications for specialized positions.

Tuition Reimbursement
We offer a tuition reimbursement program for employees that can help supplement some of the expenses associated with pursuing a college degree in business or finance. For those who qualify:

• Up to $5,250 annually for full-time employees

• Up to $1,500 annually for part-time employees

Golden 1 Credit Union Scholarships
Dependents of Golden 1 employees can apply for Golden 1 Credit Union Scholarships. The scholarships, which are available to full-time college students, range from $1,000 to $5,000 per year, and are renewable for up to four years. Find out more.
