Move money between accounts – whether Golden 1 or another institution.

Select the "Transfers" tab.
Enter the amount.

A second debit attempt will not be made on the transfer, and access to external transfers will be suspended until further review. Just call us if there’s a problem.

Click on "Add Account link.
Enter some basic information about the other member's account.

After several attempts, the ability to add a new member-to-member account will be locked for a short time. All other features of Online and Mobile Banking will remain functional.
Select “Self Services” in Online Banking, then “Manage Account Preferences,” and finally click the trash can icon next to the member-to-member account you would like to delete. Once the account is deleted, it will no longer appear in your transfer drop-down. Note that pending member-to-member transfers will still be processed unless you specifically delete them.
• From within Online Banking:
o Click “Transfers,” then “Internal Transfer”
o Click the “Pending Transfers” tab
o Click “Edit/Cancel” icon
o Select “Cancel this transfer and delete all remaining transfers in the recurring series”
o Click “Next”
o Click “Cancel Transfer Series” to confirm
• From within Mobile Banking:
o Tap “Pay & Transfers,” then “Pending Transfers”
o Select the transfer you wish to delete
o Tap “Delete”
o Tap “Delete” to confirm
